No refunds once a license key has been issued. If you believe you're eligible for a refund, please contact us on Discord first so we can review your case. If our software experiences an unreasonable outage, we'll extend your subscription or provide account credit. Unauthorized chargebacks will result in permanent license revocation and account termination
